It does a considerable amount of damage in an area around it, both to Helldivers and other Terminids. Their main body will explode when it receives enough damage, even when the Bile Spewer is deceased.You might need a primary weapon with Medium Armor Penetration to shoot their head weak-spot.(Not that the bile sack isn't a good weak spot too) Taking the role of a mysterious test subject, code named Spewer, you must vomit your way through over 60 levels of stomach turning puzzles, learning new abilities, changing forms and piecing together your purpose in life. Their head is their real weak spot, not their bile-filled body. Spewer is a puzzle platformer that uses liquid physics though regurgitation as its core mechanic.You can also still rely on cooked grenades if you throw them well. If you don't have impact grenades, you can dive when they're spewing then finish them off with relative ease using your support weapon.Most grenades will also kill them too, but they can miss sometimes, and cooking them will usually cause you to get spewed on.Impact Grenades will instantly kill them.The Grenade Launcher and Autocannon will kill in two to three rounds and any other Spewer near the AOE. The rail gun will instant kill with one headshot or two fully charged body shots. A single well placed grenade near or under the Spewer will often one shot or nearly kill them.Using explosive weaponry is preferable for body shots, while conventional ballistics should be used to target their heads. Shooting at the Spewer’s abdomen with conventional ballistics is ill advised as it can soak up an impressive amount of bullets. Their head and abdomen area consist of medium armor while its hind legs are only protected with light armor.(Most commonly / easily found on HARD difficulty, 15 minute 'Defend Area' missions) They appear on Medium difficulty and higher.
